Hidden on the beautiful northern coast of the Dominican Republic, Sunrise Villa, or Villa Amanecer as it’s locally known, is naturally blessed with breathtaking views of the crystal blue Caribbean.

This exclusive Dominican Republic villa, Sunrise Villa, as it is known locally, Villa Amanecer, is set on nearly four acres of beachfront property. Our Caribbean villa is located in exclusive Orchid Bay, a private, American-owned, gated development.

Getting Here

Exclusive but not elusive. One of the many charms of the Dominican Republic is that while several major carriers offer the convenience of direct service here, it’s not over-served by endless flights packed with frenzied weekend tourists.

The island is served by many airlines and has several international airports within easy reach of Sunrise Villa. Airlines include American, Continental, Delta, Jet Blue, Spirit Airlines, British Airways, Iberia andAir Europa. Airports and drive times to consider are: AZS (60 minutes), POP 75 minutes, STI  (2.5 hours), (SDQ, 2.5 hours), La Romana (LRM) (3 hours), Punta Cana (4 hours).

Driving times may vary based on traffic, time of day (night driving is much slower) and the number of beer stops you make. Sunrise Villa staff will make all necessary transfer arrangements (additional charge) You will be greeted at each airport with a driver(s) and a Sunrise Villa Sign.
