Additional Accommodations Details

As a guest of Sunrise Villa you have the option to expand the size of your group to a size beyond which the villa can sleep. We offer two different “overflow” options to choose from.

Villa Florita

A lovely 3 bedroom villa immediately next door to Sunrise Villa, Florita offers delightful accommodations, a private pool, and sits directly beachfront. The rental fee is $700 per night, plus a 7% service charge.

Features include daily maid service, a living room with TV, 3 bedrooms ensuite, a 4th, very small bedroom ensuite, a pool, free WiFi, and beach access.

The Orchid Suites

Located in a separate building, approximately 250 yards down the road from Sunrise, the Orchid Suites are an excellent choice for “extra bedrooms. Four different bedrooms, ensuite, with good amenities give you the option to add guests.

Features include free Wifi, Air conditioning, bathroom amenties, TVs with DVD, and room safes. The deluxe unit contains a studio type kitchen and expanded living space. Security is excellent and the road to Sunriseis well lit and safe.

The three deluxe rooms rent for $119 per night, the expanded suite is $139 per night. Plus 7% service charge.

While both options are owned independent from Sunrise Villa, you may book these options as part of your Sunrise Villa rental.

All guests, for either option, will be on the Sunrise meal plan, and take their meals with the group.
